PrimeChamp Medical Helpline combined a 24 hours hotline with professional nurse support, referral and doctor booking service under PrimeChamp network offers personalized health solution on simple and complex medical condidtion.
A separated 24 hours hotline (852) 3192 8033 with specialized customer service team to answer the valued added services for high-end medical customer. This service hotline will extend to cover medical enquiry, registered nurse for complex medical questions. Also doctor referral service will be provided after knowing the customer's condition and refer to a suitable doctor under our prestige network.
Services include:
- Medical enquiry - all health related issues: simple cases such as sign & symptom, medical term, diagnosis, treatment and test result explanantion, preventive care, check up recommendation, post treatment case, long term & chronic disease management, etc. Registered nurse will standby return call on any complex medical conditions;
- Triage Service - refer to relevant specialist (PrimeChamp Doctor Network*) for first consultation or second medical opinion, the service including doctor appointment booking service and arrange pre-approval direct billing service;
* PrimeChamp Doctor Network - Prestige medical group such as Pedder Health, Chiron Medical and Hong Kong Integrated Oncology Centre. The network specialists cover complex treatment of Cardiology, Oncology, neurosurgery, Gynaecology, etc. Doctor will assist to arrange pre-approval (direct billing) if hospital treatment is required, CTF Life will arrange direct payment with hospital, customer do not have to worry about the payment.

- Customer service specialist will answer any simple medical/health questions including sign & symptom, medical term, diagnosis, treatment and test result explanantion, preventive care, check up recommendation, post treatment case, long term & chronic disease management, etc. and refer to registered nurse on complex medical issue
- Registered nure will return call to customer (within 2 hours) in office hour to answer any complicated medical condition
- Customer service specialist will refer customer to suitable doctor including General Practitioner or Specialist if necessary, customer service specialist will make booking for customer

Consultation:
- Upon arriving at the clinic, log in to "CTF Life" mobile app > "My" > download the "Medical Card" and present it to the clinic nurse for registration and identity verification.

Pre-Approval Application
- If surgery is confirmed after the consultation, the customer and doctor will fill out the "Day Case Surgery/ Advance Diagnostic Imaging Pre-Authorization Arrangement Service Application Form." Credit card information* must be provided on the form; UMP will be responsible for approving the application.
*For collecting any out-of-pocket balance, no deposit will be charged.

Pre-approval Result Notification:
- Within four working days, the day surgery centre, hospital, clinic, and customer will receive the preliminary approval result from UMP, which will include the approval status and estimated out-of-pocket expenses.

Surgery:
- Proceed with the surgery as scheduled.
- The customer must pay any additional costs exceeding the Pre-approved amount to the hospital.
- After claims assessment, if the customer needs to pay the balance or out-of-pocket amount, CTF Life will collect the relevant amount from the customer's authorized credit card account within 15 days after the claim settlement advice is issued.
