CTF Life offers network doctor arrangements for admission to all private hospitals in local.

  • Clinic will assist in arranging pre-approval for direct payment.
  • Customer can choose to proceed with or withdraw from inpatient treatment after receiving the pre-approval result and notification of out-of-pocket expenses.
  • CTF Life will directly pay the hospital medical fees.

  1. Doctor Search
    • Available in the "CTF Life" mobile app under "Network Doctor and Pre-approval" service.
    • Select a doctor from the "Hospital Admission and Network Specialist" and call the clinic directly to make an appointment.
  2. Pre-Approval Registration
    After booking an appointment with network doctor, client can click “Pre-authorization Application” in “CTF Life” mobile app:
    • enter contact mobile no. to received One Time Password (OTP);
    • enter personal information such as Policy no. and credit card information for shortfall collection purposes*;
    • SMS notification will be sent to client mobile no. after successful registration
    • **For collecting any out-of-pocket balance, no deposit will be charged.

  3. Consultation
    • Upon arriving at the clinic, log in to "CTF Life" mobile app > "My" > download the "Medical Card" and present it to the clinic nurse for registration and identity verification.
  4. Pre-Approval Application
    • If surgery is confirmed after the consultation, doctor will submit the "Pre-authorization Application" to UMP, UMP will be responsible for approving the application.
  5. Pre-Approval Result Notification **
    • Within four working days, the day surgery centre, hospital, clinic, and customer will receive the preliminary approval result from UMP, which will include the approval status and estimated out-of-pocket expenses.
  6. Surgery
    • Proceed with the surgery/admission as scheduled.
    • The customer must pay any additional costs exceeding the Pre-approved amount to the hospital.
    • After claims assessment, if the customer needs to pay the balance or out-of-pocket amount, CTF Life will collect the relevant amount from the customer's authorized credit card account within 15 days after the claim settlement advice is issued.
