Local Cancer Support (Direct Billing)
CTF Life Insurance offers 24-hour customer service hotline at +852 2866 8898 (press 3) for professional nursing medical advice regarding suspected or diagnosed cancer. Customers can be referred to appropriate network doctor and schedule appointment. After the consultation, the case manager at the centre can apply for pre-approval on behalf of the customer, CTF Life will arrange for direct payment to the designated cancer centre or hospital. The case manager will follow up with CTF Life regarding treatment cost, ensuring that customer can focus on their treatment without worrying about medical expenses.

- If you suspect you have cancer or are in the early stages of cancer, please call the 24-hour hotline at (852) 2866 8898 and press 3.
- Request cancer support services from the customer service representative; customers can choose to provide information (including medical and laboratory reports, etc.) to facilitate referrals to network doctors.
- The customer service representative will provide the customer with a list of network oncologists to choose from and arrange a case manager to follow up.
- After selecting a doctor, the case manager will schedule a consultation for the customer. If cancer treatment is needed, the network doctor will provide a pre-approval service application after the consultation. If approved, CTF Life will directly contact the designated cancer centre or hospital to follow up on future cancer treatment costs.
