  1. If hospitalization treatment is needed, you can call 24 hours service hotline at (852) 2866 8898 and press 3.
  2. Request the second medical opinion consultation service from the customer service representative; the staff will assist you in logging into the service platform and how to upload medical reports (including medical and lab reports, etc.).
  3. The customer service representative will provide a network doctor consultation and arrange for a doctor's consultation (either face-to-face or teleconference).
  4. The customer service representative will schedule the doctor's consultation for the client.

To avoid any doubt, please note that the second medical opinion service is not and should not be considered a medical diagnosis. If a diagnosis is requested, the case will be treated as a normal medical diagnosis, and standard consultation fees will apply.
