China Accompany & VIP Channel Service
The service provider will arrange for its representative to assist the service user with inpatient arrangements at network hospitals in China. Services include:
- Assist service user to book pre-admission consultation in the network hospital (3–5 days).
- Accompany service user in hospital admission.

Arrange pre-approval (direct billing) so the service user does not require to pay for hospitalization.
- Over 2,000 hospitals in China with wide coverage in each province.
- For non-emergency hospital visits.

- Request China Accompany and/or VIP Channel services from the customer service representative.
- The customer service representative will provide the service application form to be filled online.
- The service provider will arrange booking for pre-admission consultation in the network hospital (3-5 days), accompany service user with inpatient arrangement at network hospital in China (excluding Hong Kong and Macau). The admission process includes helping service users with the admission procedure.
- This service is only available for non-emergency cases. In case of an emergency, please contact Worldwide Emergency Assistance service.
- Please call to apply for the service before admission. If the customer is already hospitalized, the service provider may refuse to provide the service.
- A no-show for admission or failure to notify the cancellation of the service at least 1 working day in advance will incur a penalty.
