Union Pay
Payment Channels
You may visit our Cashier Office in person to settle a payment for initial premium of a new policy.
Important Notes
- Only applicable to paying premiums for non-saving medical, personal accident and term life protection.
- Not applicable to payment for single premium/lump sum investment.
- The cardholder must settle the payment in person at our Cashier Office. When settling the payment, please present the card and input card pin code at the same time. Also, please show proof of identity and the bank/merchant copy for confirmation.
- The cardholder must be the policyholder or the insured. If the cardholder is an immediate family member of the policyholder, they must provide proof of relationship or submit a "Large Amount / Third Party Payment Declaration Form".
- According to File no. 19 of The People's Bank of China, the upper limit for each transaction of a China Union Pay Card is HKD38,000.
- China Union Pay Cards collect service charges. Such charges will be borne by the Consultant.
