Payment Channels
Please bring the Premium Notice (with a bar code) or the barcode card to the convenience stores in Hong Kong shown below and pay at their cashier counters in cash.
Applicable to payments for renewal premium, and loan repayment.
Only cash payments made by the policy owner at convenience store counters are accepted.
The maximum amount of each transaction is HKD 5,000.

- As we do not provide receipts, you should keep the original receipts as proof of payment.
- Please allow 3 working days for payment confirmation.
- The grace period for premium settlement is 31 days after the premium due date. Renewal premiums should be settled within the grace period.
