Payment Channels
"The cash payment is limited to policyholders and is applicable for the initial premium of new policies, renewal premiums, or policy changes.
Cash payments must be accompanied by identification documents for identity verification and record-keeping purposes."
Important Notes
- The following currencies are accepted:
HKD USD RMB Coins $1/$2/$5/$10 Not Accepted Not Accepted Notes Accepted No Change Allowed Only accept $100 - All dollar notes that are damaged or defective will be rejected.
- All dollar notes rejected by the Counterfeit Money Detector will not be accepted. In case of dispute, CTF Life reserves the right of final decision.
- The payment amount should be equal to the due amount or maximum amount per day, whichever is lower.
- Only payments made in HKD or policy currency will be accepted:
Policy Currency Acceptable Payment Currency HKD HKD USD HKD or USD RMD HKD or RMB - Only the policy owner may pay in cash at the counter, up to HKD 117,000 or USD 15,000.
